If this page is referring the Anchor River Appliance Repair in Homer here's my review;
I was directed to Anchor River Appliance Repair from Rinnai website, list as a PRO Dealer. Big mistake on my side. He overcharged for part that his installer ordered, and then wouldn't communicate with me when I requested a refund on the unused and installer damaged parts. The installer he sent was completely unqualified for the job, did more damage than good. Only after the second day did I find out the contractor wasn't a licensed plumber, or knew how to properly install the Rinnai heater. I sent the man packing and called Mike. Mike showed up the next day without the required parts to finish the job, said he'd get back to me... that was 4 weeks ago. He refuses to answer his phone, or reply to text messages. His business line instructs you to text him... that method allows him to completely ignore you. This man, Michael Shadley, owner of Anchor River Appliance Repair is a coward when it comes to dealing like a professional with his customers. After his installer cut my water line I went a week without running water. I finally had to hire another company to finish the job. To this day Mike Shadley hasn’t made the effort to return my calls or own up to his poor business practices. I would not recommend this business. I'm not even happy I had to give him 1 star.
