I have visited this salon three times for manicures and pedicures, and I want to say that the staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I have concerns about the cleanliness of the salon and some of the techniques used during my services.
There was visible nail dust around the technician’s workstation and surrounding areas. The hand dryer used to dry the nails was dusty and sticky inside, which I found concerning since it is used by multiple customers.
I also found that my cuticles were cut much too short, causing pain and irritation. Additionally, my shellac was removed with an electric file which caused my nails to get very thin and sore.
