While their are some amazing teaching staff this school its very few and far between and they never seem to be in any form of leadership position. Staff in leadership positions pick and choose kids to target,dont deal with large issues and constantly make school life very difficult for majority of students. Programs have gone downhill if you think it's a performing arts or music based school, it is not. Melbas only focus is sport, kids who are interested in sport and policing minor issues, while trying to remain academic.
