Not very dependable
At first, Jennifer was great, as I never actually spoke with Thomas Coriell. However, when I had to deal with a claim, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with him. The person I spoke with at his office seemed annoyed that I couldn't reach Mr. Coriell. I called multiple times, sent emails, and sent text messages, but I only received a response after another representative told me that if I still didn't hear back, he would take over and help me. Maybe Mr. Coriell simply has too many clients, but it was very frustrating to go through a claim and be unable to reach my insurance agent.
