I expected better from Qtrade Exchange. My account was disabled without any notice, and that wasn't handled professionally. Now that qtrade.us.com has launched, I hope communication and support improve. I'm still dissatisfied with the requirement to deposit funds before my account can be activated. Please review this policy.
