The way my Qtrade account was disabled without prior notice
The way my Qtrade account was disabled without prior notice was disappointing. It reflected poorly on customer support. I'm hoping qtrade.us.com offers a better experience, but requiring a deposit before I can access my account doesn't seem appropriate. Please introduce a more reasonable account activation process.
