I'm glad to see Qtrade return with qtrade.us.com, but I still have concerns. My account was disabled without any notification, which I found unprofessional. In addition, asking users to make a deposit before they can access their accounts is frustrating. Even after making the deposit, I don't think this is the best approach. Please consider a more transparent and user-friendly activation process.
