Unprofessional Service
Terrible. Changed to a different recycling company & have had a much better experience since then. We paid our bills and actually overpaid. For a few months tried to get someone to review and reimburse our overpayments. They did not. We were overcharged for services as I later found out based on my bills from the other company. No reimbursement and glad we moved on to a better company. Unfortunately, should have written this a year ago when it happened but it's never too late to make customers aware of poor business practices and relationships. No need to respond. Don’t need it at this point!
