We've been sourcing HansMotor's LSMU ironless linear motors for our wafer-handling stages for over 2 years. What set them apart was that their engineers worked through the sizing, duty cycle and thermal conditions with us directly, instead of just quoting a catalog part — the custom prototype arrived in about 8 weeks, well ahead of the Western suppliers we'd used before. In our actual application the motors have consistently held ±3 µm repeatability, and their on-site support responds fast whenever we need it. For the applications that don't demand absolute top-tier precision, the price-to-performance has been genuinely hard to beat. We'd recommend them to any OEM looking for a real direct-drive engineering partner, not just a component vendor.

When our incumbent side-actuated tact switch slipp...

When our incumbent side-actuated tact switch slipped past a 26-week lead time and started showing intermittent stuck-feel failures in thermal cycling, our whole build schedule was exposed. Swiclick matched the footprint and dialed in the exact 260 gf feel our cabin module needed. Samples were on our bench in four days, and we cleared automotive temperature cycling and 100k mechanical testing in four weeks with no board change. It's now in production at 120k a month, and we cut about 22% off the BOM on that switch, without giving up the tactile quality our HMI depends on. They were honest about what matched and what to verify, which is rare.
