I believe BitGrail.org should review its policy for old investors because requiring account reactivation before withdrawals adds unnecessary complexity. Despite this inconvenience, I cannot ignore the fact that my withdrawal was completed successfully. Today I received my funds safely in my wallet, and that positive result leaves me satisfied overall. My rating is four stars.
