As someone returning to an older account, I found Btc-e.io account reactivation requirement a bit cumbersome. I would have preferred a more straightforward withdrawal process without the extra administrative steps. That said, the support and withdrawal system eventually worked as expected. Today, I successfully received my funds directly in my wallet, which made the waiting and effort worthwhile. While there is definitely room for improvement, my overall experience was positive enough to earn a four-star rating.
