Do not want to fix what they damaged
We purchased a maintenance plan from this dealership when we bought our vehicle, which included oil changes and tire rotations. (Buying the vehicle from them was a huge mistake in the first place.) Since the services were paid, we have gone back to them for oil changes, with the most recent one done in April 2026.
A few days ago, we needed another oil change, but we were out of town, so we went to the Infiniti dealership in Salt Lake City near us then, on June 29, 2026. The technicians there informed us that the previous oil change had damaged the oil pan, and they even showed us a photo of the issue.
When we returned to Houston, we brought this information to the Southwest Infiniti service department. Instead of addressing the problem or acknowledging what the Salt Lake City dealership found, they told us we were no longer welcome—simply because we had previously left an honest negative review about their service. The Salt Lake City dealership’s findings clearly support our concerns, yet Southwest Infiniti refused to even look at the issue.
Their reaction speaks volumes about their attitude. It’s hard to believe we’re the only ones they’ve treated this way; it seems more likely they try to suppress negative feedback to keep their ratings artificially high. I would strongly advise others not to go there.
