Mother’s Day flowers fiasco from Isa bella Flores
I bought flowers for Mother’s Day from Isabella Flores and received a mediocre bouquet with old, lifeless flowers. The company promised a 30% voucher as compensation, but they never sent anything. When I tried to place a new order, they kept stalling and never honored the promised discount.
They also did not refund me for the poor-quality product.
This company claims to offer excellent service and high-quality products, but they don’t deliver even the basics: respect for the customer.
It was a frustrating, disappointing, and disrespectful experience. Isa bella Flores you got 2 stars because your representatives are polite and reply quickly.
I’ve already switched to another florist, and here’s my warning: stay alert and stay away from this company. They do not keep their promises.
