MLAS admin were efficient and clear. Unfortunately I can't say the same with my experience of their "experts". After numerous delays and chase ups, I eventually received a report from Sameer Singh, who had totally either misunderstood the issue, or recorded the issue wrong in his notes e.g. he referred to my injury as a "superficial cat scratch", even though he'd received hospital and GP letters and notes stating it was a deep cat puncture wound, that had become aggravate and infected as a result of Boots Pharmacy telling me it was tendonitis and selling me a sports bandage (when in-fact I needed a scan/ urgent antibiotics and pain relief). I did raise a complaint with MLAS and they were "happy" to take it forward, but then went quiet. So Samir Singh took £1500 of my money for an inaccurate report, which if a judge had seen it, would have contradicted the actual NHS hospital notes. Not good and disappointing.
