I am honestly speechless about what happened this week. I ordered beef bones for $182 — only bones — and when I checked my Amex statement, I saw Patured life Farm charged me$216.55. I emailed them asking for clarification because my budget was $182, not $216.55, and I was never informed about the extra charge.
They replied with an explanation about the weight being higher, etc., and offered a refund. But now they say I can no longer purchase from them simply because I questioned the charge.
It’s extremely disappointing. A customer has the right to ask questions. especially about unexpected charges. I will not be buying from this company anymore.
