10/20/25 (this was my review before they asked to take it down)This law firm is not the firm you want for family law case. How are you billing me for the absence of your lawyer and the switch of a lawyer? I did not ask to switch lawyers. The lawyer left the firm. Now the lawyer SAM does not sound sure of himself. When asked questions or during court SAM seems very unsure. SAM responses are always I don't know let me look into, where the other lawyer was on point and knew how to fight. When the other party is not showing, why are they dragging, oh for more money. The only thing that you guys are worried about is money. I wish I could give zero stars. My child needs a bull as a lawyer, someone that's going to fight hard. Why should her life be on hold when the party is not showing up? Go to court to have the case dismissed. No, you guys then lose money.
Update: 3/1/26: I received a bill for 3200 today for bs. Why are you still emailing the other party when they are not responding, just go tf to court? (they gave a bs answer on why) Why are you emailing thousands of times,when you can send one email with all your questions, once again for money. (gave bs responds on why they have to email back to back) STAY CLEAR OF THIS FIRM. THEY WILL BILL YOUR MAMA DRAWS OFF HER IF THEY COULD. LIKE I'M SO PISSED $26,000 FOR NOTHING.
More update: 4/6/26 termination was signed 4/6/26. Why is it taking so long to return the money back to the trust? They're quick to bill you but not in a rush to send your money back to you? Talking about, until the judge sign off, they're still the lawyers on the case, why this is true but you don't have to call me for anything when i have already obtain a new lawyer but yet, for money, they called two times after and I told the new lawyer they're harassing me and it stopped.
STAY CLEAR AND I AM YELLING THIS REVIEW. STAY CLEAR IF YOU WANT TO WIN YOUR CASE AND DON'T WANT TO BE RAILROADED FOR MONEY. STAY CLEAR. I OBTAIN A NEW LAWYER AND THEY GOT THE JOB DOWN IN TWO WEEKS.
4/28/26- update-- Learned today that this law firm (SAM the lawyer) did not provide the judge with the DNA test. SMDH!! why wouldn't you provide the DNA test so child support can be talked about. That's because once again, you want to run up the bill. STAY CLEAR IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. Also, finding out that they did not submit any discovery. We're just not getting all over the discovery question and replies from the new lawyer.
I have been updating this log daily and waiting until the case was resolved by the other lawyer, who was a beast. They got things done in 123 and it did not cause me an arm, leg and toe. Stay clear away from THE SIEMON LAW FIRM, P.C. They will bill you and bill you for unnecessary things. They're for the other side and will bill you just to seem like they're working. If the other side is not doing what they're supposed to do, why are you even bothering them? Let them reach out but no. They needed something to bill.
