Best Opportunity to Protect your Family from Probate
I would highly recommend everyone attend a class on Trusts with TriState Financial Network. I have been a Paralegal for 45 years and I am very detailed and organized; I expect the same comprehensive approach by any company when dealing with my personal finances. Tri State Financial met all my expectations. The class was presented by Brian Beazley, who did a thorough job of explaining the benefits of Trusts and what our loved ones can expect when dealing with our remaining assets. It was a strictly informational meeting with an opportunity to have a one on one with Brian at a later date. I was very surprised how much I was able to learn in just 1 hour. I left convinced that my family needed a Trust without question, but I’m a shopper of both quality and price in these matters. My shopping revealed that TriState was very fairly priced and the benefits they offered for future changes to the Trust were much better than most law firms. We loved the ease of sharing our Trust digitally with caregivers, hospitals and our family. I was most impressed by the logical steps taken throughout the process to ensure our Trust covered everything we needed and protected our kids from the difficult probate process. The step-by-step process took us through a detailed and organized procedure to enter our personal information. We were able to speak with multiple experts through a serious of meetings designed to walk you through setting up and funding the Trust. Our selections created documents such as Power of Attorney, Advanced Directive and even a Will within the system. In one of the scheduled meetings, we were able to speak directly with an Attorney to review our selections and answer all our questions. If we have future questions, several professionals, including the Attorney, is available to us though the App program used by the Trust company. I found the system to be very easy to navigate. There are too many great details about this program. My favorite part was at no time was there any pressure to do anything; we set the pace that worked for us and TriState Financial worked around it. I would just say, if you want to protect your family in the most efficient way, you owe it to yourself to check out one of Brian’s classes. You’ll be glad you did!
