This CEO is a walking disaster. Their leadership is a toxic mix of cowardice, discrimination, and flat‑out refusal to do their job. They know about every problem — resident complaints, operational failures, discriminatory behavior, financial red flags — and they still choose to sit back and do nothing. That’s not incompetence. That’s deliberate neglect.
Their attitude toward LGBTQ+ rights is especially disgusting. The pattern is obvious: dismissive, hostile, and completely unwilling to address bias or inequality. In 2026, this level of backward, exclusionary behavior is beyond pathetic.
Residents can’t even get basic visitor parking because the CEO refuses to fix it. They’ve been told repeatedly. They ignore it every time.On top of that they work with the police dept, Daves towing, moheka towing to stalk and harass individuals they don't like then illegally predatory their car. If a leader can’t handle something this simple, imagine what else they’re ignoring.
And the financial side? A mess. Inconsistent numbers, unexplained gaps, zero transparency. Anyone paying attention can see the pattern of mismanagement — and the CEO does nothing to correct it.
This CEO acts like they’re untouchable while the organization collapses under their negligence. They ignore residents, ignore staff, ignore ethics, ignore accountability. Everything they touch turns into dysfunction.
