Terrible Experience with Relocation Belgium
My experience with Relocation Belgium has been extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, I repeatedly received incorrect information, including wrong agency names and incorrect addresses. Questions often went unanswered, and it frequently felt as though the staff had not read the documents I had already submitted.
There seemed to be a lack of understanding regarding the documentation requirements for my case. I was asked for information multiple times, despite having already uploaded the requested documents. Most concerning was that after more than five months of working on my relocation case, they were still asking basic questions about my wife, such as whether she had taken my last name. This is information that was clarified and documented much earlier in the process.
The overall experience was marked by poor communication, lack of attention to detail, and significant delays. I expected professional guidance during a complex relocation process, but instead I found myself constantly correcting errors and following up on unanswered questions.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Relocation Belgium. The service was disorganized, inefficient, and added unnecessary stress to an already challenging process.
