Lack of transparency and trap for patients
I was at the clinic as they are the only ones in town that take my insurance (UHC) unbeknownest to me, they sent my labs to samaritan who is taking me to court for payment of services that I never received from them by choice
It was lab samples that were outsourced to samaritan
I have been given the run around for months to resolve this matter to no avail
