I do not live in Indiana, but from what I have been told, the people at the sheriff's department in Vanderburgh County are crooked, including a few judges. Do I have proof? No, but that person lives there. I feel my son should never have been in the hole because a man hit him, and he did not hit him back. They did tell me it's kind of like being in school when one gets into a fight, they both go in the hole :( I feel like if the state is paying the public defenders, they could represent their clients better instead of treating them like trash!! All he asked was for her to watch the videos of the man hitting him and the law officer getting hurt. She told him she was not getting into the man hitting him :( He said neither one was his fault. He has also been asking to be put on his Meds. he is Bipolar, ADHA, odd he has allergies he has almost died from them. I have asked if they would put him in a mental hospital. He hears and sees things that aren't there. I really think they don't care. Please, if you are a Christian person, keep my son Ben in your prayers. He isn't only fighting a mental disorder, he is fighting to be clean from drugs.
