I went to their plant purchased two of their products. The items where fine great quality they just did not work for what I needed. I called and ordered two bag rest that I thought were what I needed. That order did not get shipped. I reordered that order did not get shipped so I drove 3 1/2 hours and pick up the items. The young lady that is in charge of the manufacturing needs to be in sales. She was EXCELLENT in taking care of my order.
