I was an employee at a company that hired Pinnacle Group. They came in, reduced my corporate colleague and I to "Support", and took over amusements decisions for the whole company. They then since have been using that company data and business model to employ in their own Family Entertainment Centers.
These guys take money that they call "fees", from companies/vendors to help "push" business and sales their way. This is far from honest valuable integrity and demonstrates their focus to make money for themselves at other companies expense.
There were multiple occasions where they tried to end business with vendors that did not pay them "fees", or sway merchandise purchases to fee paying vendors that were more costly, regardless of cheaper prices that would have saved us thousands of dollars.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Do not pay these guys to steal your data and demote your staff.
Simply follow facebook "FEC Operators" page, and you will find LOADS of people willing to help you out.
