terrible 1 hour late i missed my other doctor appt. The bus is a death trap no suspension drives way to fast, jerks the wheel when turning. swerves a lot, hits break hard, hits every hole and sewer cover in the road. Either is to early or to late, texts you and says driver is on the way when he is not. Way to hot no air. No suspension back breaking bus. I will never ride again i would rather walk because i felt unsafe. I am calling public transportation for unsafe vehicles. I bet the CEO and office staff have suspensions and shocks, and nice air conditioning. I feel unsafe when in the bus therefor i will no longer take laketrap deathtrap
