HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I called, booked, and trusted their word with the 5-step process of getting the high-traffic areas in our Master Bedroom clean and the house ready for market. Instead, they sent in a subcontracted company that did a horrible job and even damaged our rug by stretching it out, causing bubbles and pockets. Using what smells like a benefect, in turn leaving a horrible odour throughout our home. VERY disappointed. We now have to rip out the entire carpet and install new flooring. Waste of money and time, and now added renovations to our home. grossed out.
