Interesting that there are no reviews since Kent died. I had the misfortune to live in a condo in Bremerton that underwent a complete renovation of the exterior in 2025, and it still is not complete 15 months later. Linda had assigned David to oversee our project, but it was obvious that the contractor, Steadfast Construction, was running the show. They put on a crew of six, who had the basic knowledge to do all the parts, but did not do anything well. When I brought up problems at various times to IGNW, they almost completely ignored me, and they only communicated through email.. Even when IGNW had someone on site, nobody ever knocked on my door to address my concerns. Steadfast still has a punch list of things to fix, but the only thing we hear is that they are looking at scheduling someone soon. I do not have any idea what IGNW did for all the money they were paid. I would suggest this company should be scrutinized very closely before hiring them for any large project.
