Called Titan this morning at 7:45 a.m., booked a service appt for 9-11 a.m. Finally arrived at noon. Tech reviewed situation and advised I had a broken spring, with an estimated repair cost of $800 - $1,700. I rejected any service and called in Wayne Dalton, who will repair the issue for approximately $500.
