DO NOT WORK THERE - The owner Eric Talley and President Joy McConnell have serious relationship issues which spill over into the professional workplace. Joy and Eric seem to be having a battle of leadership and they fight in the office, they call you on the weekends dragging you into their affair/affairs and they promise you compensation, then they go back on their word. As well as I loaned an expensive carpet cleaner to them and they refuse to return it. They are not honest with their employees and they do not keep their word and now I cannot get my carpet cleaner back and now we may have to go to court over something so small. I think its theft, but the courts will determine. As well as Eric Talley smokes like a freight train in the office and does not care about the clean air act in TEXAS and cares nothing for his employees. KEEP YOUR SANITY AND RUN!!!!!
