I have lived at Collier Ridge Apartments for 5 months and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing and concerning.
Safety has been a major issue. There has been one shooting during the time I’ve lived here. The front gate is frequently broken, and if it actually worked consistently the community would likely be much safer.
Another concern was extremely high sewer charges.
After just five months here, I cannot recommend this community. There are serious concerns regarding safety, maintenance response time, communication, and overall management of the property. I strongly suggest potential renters do thorough research before choosing to live here.
also, you pay pest control, yet no one ever comes. Staff is friendly, and the units are spacious. But that is about it!
