Exceptional service. Had issues with my Q5, EGR sensor had broken wires. Original thoughts were to disable the system with software upgrade for R4500. My vehicle was repaired for less than R500 due to excellent troubleshooting. Well done to Duane and his team, you are worldclass technicians.
