I was very satisfied with Trailer Craft Sales, Parts and Service/Install. I liked that the Salesman was dedicated to meeting my needs. The Parts personnel were very informative of parts delivery timing. I was impressed with the Service Writers Professionalism and the details made of the Service Ticket, the vehicle ID, it's mileage and its views (photos made). The email notifications as the service progressed. The Service Managers reviewing of the ongoing work, the progress and the finalization. It was a pleasure to see the Team Work progression and results. Thanks to all of you.
