I was a client for 15 years but the last two jobs ...have cause me to take them off my list.
I was a client for 15 years but the last two jobs they have messed up on and their attitude has been shocking. Stone was cut property but when they seal it and it didn't work.They said, "Well we thought you knew about marble"..We said,
What made you think that we knew about what product to use on marble? Ron Johnson said, "Where here is our rate sheet if you want it redone". I am a designer and have done fireplaces, bathroom, and kitchens and I thought they were the best but Rob Johnson doesn't care about the client. I will not be using them again nor will I ever give their name out to clients. I had told my son to use them and they messed up on the stone and blamed it on someone els. Robs people didn't do the second coat we ask to have done just for extra safety. Their ad's say they are experts in marble. This company really use to be good but not anymore.
