I would not recommend this business, i found their practices about taking your CASH
Upon arrival, the receptionist advised me that the cost of the service would be $ 80 for 45 minutes. I was then directed to a therapist named Moorcan Mina.
When Mina first entered the room, she opened the door and began speaking to me loudly and in a distressed manner. She later apologised and explained that she had mistaken me for another man she believed had previously caused problems at the business. Despite feeling uncomfortable, I decided to proceed with the session.
After the session began, Mina advised that the cost would be $100, which I agreed to pay. Approximately 17–18 minutes later, she stopped the session and requested an additional $50 for extra. As I did not have a $50 note available, I handed her $100, and she told me she would return with $50 change. She left the room and did not return with the change.
that I had been charged a total of $280, which I believe was excessive for 15 munuit, misleading, and unfair. During the appointment, Mina repeatedly stated that she could not do much because she had recently undergone a nose operation and had forgotten her glasses, which affected her ability to see properly.
I requested a refund, but my request was refused.
As a result of this dispute, I contacted Victoria Police, who attended the premises. The attending officer advised me that the matter appeared to be a consumer dispute and recommended that I pursue the matter through Consumer Affairs Victoria.
I am concerned that the business's pricing practices are unclear and misleading. I also note that the business appeared to request payment in cash only, which raises concerns that I believe may warrant further investigation by the relevant authorities.
I am seeking assistance in obtaining a refund and request that Consumer Affairs Victoria investigate this matter
