I thought I'd get through it quickly, but I had to fiddle around with the documents. I uploaded a photo of my passport, but they rejected it, saying the quality wasn't right, due to glare on the lamination. I had to retake it in better light and resubmit. It was approved the second time, but I wasted half a day for nothing. But now I can work with peace of mind, and the withdrawal process is open.
