I hired bright light to clean my apartment. they were to come at 8:00 A.M. they e-mailed the late the night before and said they would. be other 10:30- 1100. they called before 11:00 and said they had a cancel my cleaning. they said they could cleaning the following Friday and would let me know that evening. I haven't heard a word. one think canceling the last minute was very poor customer service. if they didn't expect to clean why did they schedule the cleaning. be ware they might do that to you.
