Terrible lab. 4 redo in 1 month. My last case with them redid twice and still doesn't fit. They won't give credit for bad cases and work. Before them, my redo cases were always at 10% or less. Don't take your chances with them. They are not a quality lab. Even my easier cases were only at best acceptable not great.
No one ever answers phone in accounting.
