another cincinnati NO. look at the salaries of their staff and cry like i did, what happened to faith led organizations
bad financials
went one time and will never return. did a deep dive on financials and saw too many red flags. do not give to this organization. executive director reported salary of 122k in 2024 plus additional 20k in other compensation. their annual cash contributions were only 900k. so 15% of all cash gifts went to the executive dir? 15?!?!?! that's a no for me. they have a big building which is probably expensive. but 900k is not much money to run an organization. curious how much more of the cash is going to programs or if they cook the books
