I was extremely disappointed with the quality of this pickleball paddle. Right out of the box, one side of the paddle had a noticeable waviness that should never pass quality control.
What made matters worse was the complete lack of customer support. I reached out multiple times via email and phone to both the seller and the manufacturer (Proton) seeking a resolution. Unfortunately, I received absolutely no response from either party. Being ignored after spending money on a defective product is incredibly frustrating.
At this price point, I expected far better craftsmanship and, at the very least, basic customer service. I cannot recommend this paddle or the companies behind it based on my experience.
