Working with Ben Hatchell has been a nightmare. He hates working with State Farm because they require lots of documentation. This is something he hates to do. He canceled the first insurance adjuster meeting. He would rarely respond to any of my calls or text. He made promises to get documentation to State Farm and never did. He failed to come out to take photos twice. I would never recommend this guy or his company. Hire someone else that cares about your business. I fired him after he refused to send State Farm photos. I cannot image how miserable this would have been if I hired him to replace the roof, we never got that far.
