Two years of ongoing roof leak issues and still no timely resolution. Previous repairs took more than six months, and I’m currently being told week after week that a roofing quote is still pending. My tenant continues to be affected while communication and Chintan’S progress remain extremely poor. Very frustrating experience and not a service I would recommend
