Counselor was a no show. Poor communication.
Counselor was a no show. I sat and waited and tried to get an AI bot to assist. Was then texted that I missed my appointment and fees may apply. I have to wait two days for a reply from Tava. Very frustrating and unprofessional, the last thing you need on top of everything else and when you are in desperate need of therapy. Looking elsewhere, I thought I would try as this is who our company uses with their EAP program. Scheduled this in advance as well.
