Oh my god. The saga that I've been on in the last 2 months. Long story short, AAPM is my go to shop for anything I ever need. My saviors. I was nearly in tears driving home in my Range Rover. The Jaguar built 5.0V8 finally sounds like it should after another shop absolutely ruined it.

Not only did Scott get it done within hours, but my goodness the quality was impeccable. My father used to weld Limo frames together and when I sent him a photo he was extremely impressed. Even as an amateur myself, it was obvious how much experience Scott had.

Aside from the superb welds, the hangers that Scott built into the setup are so solid that it's a mystery to me that Land Rover doesn't have them in this area from the factory.

Here's the most important part to me. Tammy is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. The moment she answered the phone I knew I finally found my place. Scott was one of the friendliest and motivated people I've ever met. Seriously, he should consider motivational speaking. It was SO refreshing to meet a car guy who genuinely cares and is excited to make the customer happy. I had said it was okay to add an X-pipe if he felt it was necessary, and his honesty was not only correct (it sounds AMAZING) but it saved me money. How many times have you been talked out of spending money?

And speaking of money.. the price was so incredibly fair, I was left speechless. I can't wait to give more of it to these wonderful people.

Thank you AAPM, my baby no longer sounds like a honda civic with an autozone muffler.

I had exhaust work performed on my 2016 Range Rover at EXO Auto Works' Castle Rock location. The workmanship was so poor that less than 10 minutes into my drive home, I heard a clamp come loose and bounce down the highway while the exhaust system began separating.

I was told they would make it right.

Then the Castle Rock location closed without notice.

Calls weren't returned. Texts went unanswered. I spent weeks trying to figure out who was responsible and eventually had to contact the BBB, Chamber of Commerce, and research the LLC myself just to get answers.

I was eventually directed to the Colorado Springs location. They apologized, acknowledged the problem, and told me they would take care of me. I drove 55 miles each way, took time off work, paid for Ubers because there was nowhere to wait, and left the vehicle with them for hours.

The repair failed again within minutes of leaving.

At that point, I completely lost confidence in the quality of the work.

What made the situation worse was that after apologizing and offering to help, I was later told the Colorado Springs location wasn't responsible because the original work was performed in Castle Rock. This made little sense given that I confirmed both locations operated under the same LLC.

What was supposed to be a simple birthday gift to myself became an expensive headache. I've had to work with my bank to recover my money, spend additional money on transportation, and even purchase clamps and materials just to temporarily support the exhaust so I can get it to another shop.

The owner of a local Midas looked at the work and told me, "This is the worst exhaust work I've ever seen in my life." My main specialist repair shop with a dedicated welder and pipe bender told me it was beyond their abilities short of a full rebuild. It's great feeling taken advantage of.

Save your money, time and patience.
