Extremely disappointed!!
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of two serving bowls i bought recently from Pinklay.
The bowls shown on the website had very vibrant print and a premium ceramic finish. Unfortunately, the product I received look very different from the images online. The print is noticeably lighter, lacks the detail shown on the website, and the overall finish feels substandard and cheap.
I ordered these bowls based on the quality and appearance on your website, and the actual products absolutely does not meet those expectations. The difference between the advertised image and the items received is misleading.
I contacted Pinklay customer support and they have refused to exchange or refund for the substandard product they have sent. This experience has left me very disappointed and reluctant to make any future purchases. What a shame!!!!
