Not a good experience
My partner booked theatre tickets for the Book of Moorman selecting two seats in front of the sound control booth, when he proceeded to pay for them he had a pop up advising the seats were not available but there were another two seats they could supply. Why were the seats not greyed out if they were not available??? A the alternatives were closer to the stage he opted for their suggestion. Unfortunately although they were closer to the stage they were at the side. He tried several times to contact them by telephone and email to see if the seats could be improved as it was for my birthday, but to no avail. These seats were L44 & 45 at the Prince of Wales theatre, not a good view and restricted to the left of the stage.
Be wary when booking.
