Easy ordering, but SMS can fail
Ordering is easy and convenient, that's good. And you can cancel anytime before the SMS comes which is nice. Mobile version works fine too, no need for a separate app. But here's the thing - the SMS doesn't always arrive, even if the number looks like it should work. Numbers get blocked pretty often. But honestly that's just how it is, that's normal. No point docking points for that, it's not really the service's fault you know?
