As a passenger on the weekend tour to the Flying Scotsman i would like to commend our driver Steve for the for the effort he made when one of our elderly passengers got lost on no less than three occasions. His sense of duty went i believe beyond what could be reasonably expected to achieve a successful outcome. He is undoubtably a great asset to your business
