Buying a Vehicle
While Mr. Timothy Robinson might be good at his construction sites; he has another side to him that's very furious when handling personal business.
The experience I had with him was very unpleasant. I was selling a car on Facebook Marketplace, and Timothy Robinson contacted me about purchasing the vehicle. After he offered $900 and I declined, the conversation quickly became hostile and unprofessional.
Rather than simply accepting that I was not interested in his offer, he became rude, used offensive language, and continued sending disrespectful messages. As a business owner, I believe professionalism and respectful communication should be maintained even when a deal does not work out.
I have screenshots of the conversation and am posting them so others can make their own judgement about how potential customers and members of the public may be treated when disagreements arise.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with RMG Construction Group, LLC. Respect and professionalism matter, and unfortunately neither was demonstrated during this interaction.
