If I could give these maggots a ZERO, I would do so as they are predators with NO conscience or even attention to detail. They towed our car, which was LEGALLY parked in a handicapped parking spot in a private parking lot at about 3AM in the morning. We discovered our car STOLEN at 7AM when we went to load it with luggage to drive back home (370 miles away). They claimed there was no handicapped placard. Well, that is not entirely true. It was very visible but during the day the temperature exceeded 100 outside. Unbekownst to us, the plastic "hook" of our state-issued HCP placard softened due to the intense heat and the placard fell onto our car's console. HOWEVER, it was still clearly visible if you looked inside the car from the front windshield or either side window. And I had cleaned the windows early the morning before and when we picked the vehicle up at "the predators", there were clear handprints on the driver's side window, so they had to have seen that placard! Yet these greedy predators towed it anyway!
Further, there was absolutely NO signage indicating that it would even be towed - the HCP parking sign said $350 fine, no sign under it saying it could be towed, which is commonplace in most places. Of course it being 7AM and we needed to get back home, these parasites held our vehicle hostage (with my medications in it) and we were forced to pay their obscene fee under duress just to get out of the damn state of Maryland. To make it more irritating, when we called them they said it would be $250, but when we went to get it they charged us $265 - like $250 wasn't enough for the dang parasites.
But this matter is definitely far from being closed and I will be getting my $265 back!.
