Retaliation and Dishonesty
I travel out of state weekly for work. I initially chose Solutions Group because they said they would work with my schedule especially regarding random UA’s. 95 days into treatment without a problem. Almost completely finished with the program. I told my counselor on a Friday that I was flying out again on Monday and would return on Thursday. Same as always. I get a random UA request on Sunday night wanting me to test the following day. I sent Solutions Group a message that I was flying at that time and unavailable until the following day. I made an appointment at a Lab for Tuesday, took time off work, and drove over an hour to get it done. I submitted the results immediately. Then I got a notification that it was considered a no show and they restarted the 90 days. Roger Kirby threatened me over the phone. I fought the decision and was kicked out of treatment. This is blackmail and dishonest business. Under the notes from Roger Kirby Treatment Director, he states I was aggressive and insightful so he terminated treatment.
