Great product and customer service.
Great product, however had issues due to incorrect installation by builder. Just Trays assisted me by providing the required support and information about the incorrect installation. Builder has now admitted liability and making arrangements to replace the tray and complete all remedial work. The customer service I received has been excellent. Jason from customer service was always professional, helpful and always replied promptly. Would recommend company for the quality of the product and their customer service.
